The health program at work gave me a pedometer, but I don't have any kids and even if I did I wouldn't know how to measure them with this thing.

Sorry, "ped" means feet - you're supposed to measure your feet with it.

no no no. It tells you how many feet someone has. you set it to two and then hold it against someone and take the reading.

Hmmm. Trouble is it doesn't have a way to set anything except 00000. Maybe I'm supposed to look for someone with 00000 feet? Or perhaps a PG&E employee with 00000 meters?
