On Call Again
The pager went off at 2 am. I am on hold waiting for the engineers of two other companies to figure out the issue while I monitor our servers so I can tell them when it is fixed. It is now 4:25 am.

While I'm waiting, I found this gem:

It's also valid in another way which most Americans either forget or don't know - Washington D.C. is not a democracy. Congress is the final arbitor of city policy, it has no representation in the Senate and no voting representation in the House.
