Looking for an Old (1975-77) Movie Song

"Woman the World Forgot"
was the theme song for a Thai movie, possibly of the same name, about a woman who comes to a very bad end. It was very controversial in its time, both the movie and the song, since it depicted a seamy side of Bangkok life and was not the kind of film the tourism authority approved of. Anyway, the cassette tape on which I had the song recorded is no longer playable, so I am looking for a copy in any format. A copy of the movie would be even better. I prefer a legal copy, but if none exists...
