Baked Alaska - It's cake and Ice cream. What's not to like?
If you do the Flambe version, you even get a Neat Fire Effect.

I'm surprised you haven't had Durian. Don't do it indoors, but it's delicious. Quite the adventure!

My first and most common exposure to durian was in trains packed to the gills with the stuff. The smell was overwhelming, especially in the high humidity. They make a dandy weapon, though.

My housemate and his mother took one out on our porch; it was delicious, and we couldn't understand the problem until... oh my god! it was a good thing we were outside.

I understand they're illegal in southeast asian hotels.

Not illegal, but you will see some "no durian" signs at the hotels.
